Sales Assistant/Admin:
Duties include: Word-process technical sales quotes, track quote information, receive and process quotes and orders from customers, data entry,

receive and answer customer calls on order status, assist with marketing activities such as tradeshows, marketing materials, and website maintenance and provide back up to front desk receptionist. This position will have the opportunity to grow in the Sales group

Addtional Requirements: Excellent customer service skills including phone skills, outstanding organizational skills, be adept at multi-tasking, will be accurate and be proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word). One to two years C/S or admin support experience and 2 or more years of college are required.  Individuals with a penchant for technical data are encouraged to apply.  This is a full-time position with insurance benefits after 90 days. Experienced Photonics Sales:

Candidates should have 3-5 years experience selling custom electro-optics components across a variety of industries, be able to interpret customer drawings, and interact with purchasers, engineers, and scientists.  This position is responsible for generating and following up on sales leads, and consulting with customers on their optics requirements.

Additional requirements include technical aptitude, strong communication and interpersonal skills, good follow-up techniques and high attention to detail.  Enthusiasm, creativity and imagination are a must.  Some light travel to customers (< 10%) may apply. NO relocation reimbursement. EEO M/F/D/V

Sales Rep:

The Sales Representative is responsible for business to business sales which include: communicating via email and phone with clients, submitting quotations from customer requirements, pricing our products, networking, building relationships, developing current cliental, prospecting new clients and sales presentations.
Some travel visiting clients will be required as client base grows (initially <10%). Light travel may include up to 1-2 tradeshows annually.

Qualifications:  College degree preferably in Business or Engineering. Candidates should have course work in calculus and physics. Sales experience is a plus. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, good follow-up techniques and a high attention to detail.  This is an entry level position.  If you are technical-minded and business orientated, this is an excellent opportunity! Ultra High Speed Polishers:

Duties include loading and unloading optics in high-speed polishing machines in the Optics Production department.  Candidates must have good fine motor skills to handle lenses 1-2 inches in diameter.  This position is full-time with insurance benefits available after 90 days. EEO M/F/D/V
