In response to numerous questions and concerns regarding the investigation, RMI released a letter to key customers, vendors and business partners. The one-page letter explains that the investigation is limited in scope and that the government is working with RMI to minimize disruptions to the operation, as evidenced by the quick return of key documents and operational software. On the morning of October 11, Federal Authorities began an on-site
investigation of Rocky Mountain Instrument’s procedures.
The Company is fully cooperating with the investigation. No accusations or
arrests have been made, and the company is back in operation today.

targets as small as a doorway from the cockpit of a combat jet. Much of
