Enhanced Compliance Program

Letter to Customers
October 19, 2007

In response to numerous questions and concerns regarding the investigation, RMI released a letter to key customers, vendors and business partners. The one-page letter explains that the investigation is limited in scope and that the government is working with RMI to minimize disruptions to the operation, as evidenced by the quick return of key documents and operational software.
