RMI has retained the legal services of Holland & Hart LLP to help
the company enhance its compliance program to meet and even exceed the
complex regulations related to U.S. import and export laws,
specifically the ITAR (International Trade in Arms Regulations). These
procedural upgrades are critical to helping the company resolve the
government’s concerns. The highlights of this system, called the
“Technology Control Plan” or (TCP), include:
• Technical data export controls procedures
• Manager and employee awareness training requirements
• Access controls for foreign persons
• Physical control of ITAR information
• Control of electronic information
These enhanced compliance systems will add an important new dimension in our continuing work with U.S. military programs.
Due to their potential strategic high value, export of RMI products and related technical data may be subject to U.S. or other export licensing requirements.
Please consult your export control administrator or contact RMI for more information.
