optics and thin film coatings, has supplied mission critical high power
laser optics to Thomas Jefferson National Accelerator Facility
(Jefferson Lab) for use in their Free Electron Laser (FEL).

RMI (Lafayette, CO), a manufacturer of high quality laser and imaging
optics and thin film coatings, has supplied mission critical high power
laser optics to Thomas Jefferson National Accelerator Facility
(Jefferson Lab) for use in their Free Electron Laser (FEL). RMI's high
power coatings have aided the FEL in setting new world records in laser
power of 340 watts at 1.05 microns and 1700 watts at 3.1 microns.
Due to their potential strategic high value, export of RMI products and related technical data may be subject to U.S. or other export licensing requirements.
